After-hours Coverage and Emergencies

When Three Lower Counties Community Services, Inc (TLCCS) is closed (after hours), we are available for our established patients through an after-hours call system, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Doctors take calls for Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC) in Salisbury.

After-hours Coverage

If your medical need is an emergency, call 911. If it is not an emergency, call TLCCS during regular office hours. If you have an urgent need when the office is closed, call us and one of our providers will work with you to decide if you need to be treated at home, be seen at the health center or go to Local Hospitals.
