Appointments
We request that appointments be made in advance. If you are in need of immediate care, we will make every attempt to schedule an appointment on the day that you call.
No Shows
If you fail to show two times for your scheduled appointment, you will need to come for a same day appointment between 8:30am-10:30 in the morning and 1:00pm -3:30pm.
Office Hours
TLCCS office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 24 hours' notice. This allows us to schedule other patients.
Also, please report any changes in name, address, phone or insurance information when you phone or visit the health center.
