Who We Are

TLCCS is a community health center serving Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties since 1994. We are constantly expanding our services to better serve our community. We work closely with other organizations to help provide total care for our patients, and to help eliminate the barriers to care. In our Princess Anne, MD facilities TLCCS offers health care in Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Mental Health and Dental. Our Salisbury facility offers Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Mental Health and OB/GYN and our Pocomoke facility currently provides health care in Pediatrics and Adult Medicine. In January 2007 a new OB/GYN site was added at 223 Phillip Morris Drive and in July 2008 we added a new Adult Medicine site at 560 Riverside Drive Suite A204 in Salisbury, MD.
